In the recent years, the IT – BPM Industry is gaining popularity for practices and technology immersion in Cloud computing, Big data Analytics, Robotics & Artificial Intelligence and IoT. The sector is also constantly redefining its approach and practices in Human Resource and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) practices.
In the last 2-3 years, the industry has demonstrated the intention to include Persons with Disabilities as a part of Diversity and Inclusion. Through our interactions with companies, we are in a position to confidently state that companies are maturing in Inclusion Practices. We see companies being either early adopters with mature practices or companies who are steadfastly building their practices.
Through this section, we aspire to capture practices of the companies specifically in the area of Inclusion of persons with disabilities at workplace.
